Add EziDebit to your PayDock Account

To connect Ezidebit to PayDock you will need the following

  • An account registered with EziDebit, If you don't have one, contact them

Step 1: Gather your credentials from EziDebit

  1. Request your Public key via email at [email protected]
  2. Log into EziDebit
  3. Click on "My Details" from the menu on the left.
  4. Gather Your EziDebit Digital Key  

Step 2: Connect EziDebit to your PayDock Account

  1. Log into your PayDock Production or Sandbox account.
  2. Navigate to "Services" from the menu on the left
  3. Click on the "Add New" tab from the top of the page
  4. Navigate to or search "EziDebit" and click on the "Activate" button
  5. Complete the field descriptions to connect. Field descriptions are as follows:
    1. Label – this is for your reference only. In PayDock, you are able to add multiple instances of a payment gateway or method. This can be helpful for tracking campaigns or income streams.
    2. Public Key – this is your EziDebit Public Key that you will receive directly from EziDebit via email
    3. Digital Key – this is your EziDebit Digital Key
    4. Environment Mode – this describes whether you are connecting to an EziDebit Production or Sandbox Environment. Production is used for processing real transactions. Sandbox is used for testing purposes. Please ensure you’re using the correct credentials for the type of environment required
    5. Credit Card Processing Mode - this can be enabled or disabled

Click Connect. Now you have successfully connected EziDebit to PayDock.

Helpful Information

In the Test Environment, customers whose credit card number ends in a '2' will have their test payment(s) dishonoured as "Insufficient Funds" and the customer will stay on a processing status. Customers whose credit card number ends in a '3' will have their test payment(s) dishonoured as "Incorrect Bank Account/Credit Card Number" (Fatal Dishonour) and the customer record will be moved to a non-processing status. All other payments will be marked as successful.

As EziDebit also supports the Direct Debit payments, here are some BSB account numbers. In the Test Environment, customers whose bank account number ends in a '2' will have their test payment(s) dishonoured as "Insufficient Funds" and the customer will stay on a processing status. Customers whose bank account number ends in a '3' will have their test payment(s) dishonoured as "Incorrect Bank Account/Credit Card Number" (Fatal Dishonour) and the customer record will be moved to a non-processing status. All other payments will be marked as successful.
