How do I update my customer's ccv and expiry date?

Important Note

Your account must have the vaulting feature enabled. Contact us using our livechat (bottom right of screen) or at [email protected] for further assistance.

1) In your PayDock account, go to “Customers” and choose “Actions” -> Click “See details” for the customer you want to edit the details for

 

2) Click on “Edit card expiration”

3) Edit the fields. Then click “Save”

The card is now updated and ready for further successful transactions.

Alternatively, the expiry date can also be changed via the PayDock API.
