Transfers help sending money from the connected payment service of your choice to one or multiple bank accounts and retrieve transfers details.
To make the transfer, please follow the next steps:
- In your account, go to "Services" and add "Split Payments" gateway.

- Add SplitPayments to your customer's payment sources.
- Before making a transfer, ensure that the customer who you want to make the transfer to has Split Payments connected as a Payment Destination.
- Go to "Customers"
- Either add a new customer
- Specify first and last name, email and phone number and any other details you want to records for this person
- Under "Payment details" choose SplitPayments. You can also add customer reference for your own convenience, though this field is not obligatory.
- Add the customer's Bank account name, Bank account number and Routing number/BSB. Other 3 fields are optional.
- Or edit an existing customer
- Find the correct customer and click on the name
- On the right you see "Payment Sources". Click "Add New".
- Under "Payment details" choose SplitPayments. You can also add Customer reference for your own convenience, though this field is not obligatory.
- Add the customer's Bank account name, Bank account number and Routing number/BSB. Other 3 fields are optional.
- Make a transfer
- Go to "Transfers" and click 'Add new'.
- Choose SplitPayments as Transfer service.
- Use "search" to find the customer you want to transfer money to.
- Click 'Select'. You can select more than 1 customer for transfer and specify different amount for each customer.
- Specify the amount you intend to transfer and click 'Add'.
- Your transfer is underway

Can I set up notifications for transfers?
We have 2 types of notifications:
- Transfer Pending - Status 'Pending' means that the transfer is created on PayDock side and is ready for capture.
- Transfer Requested - Transfer is captured on PayDock side and the request is sent to gateway.
